DEBRA CARSON, Owner Broker
I have been active in real estate and property management in the Green Valley, Arizona area since 1989, dedicating most of my time to specializing in the management of residential properties. I have come to understand the delicate balance between homeowner and tenant. Achieving this balance is the goal of Premier Properties, Inc. by representing the homeowner who shares my belief of "Pride of Ownership and Proud to Occupy". This is more than just a slogan to me, it is a commitment and a trust which I honor.
Debra enjoys writing poetry, music and the simple things of life. Debra's is proud that she is a "military brat". Being raised in the military allowed the children the opportunity to go places and meet people. She feels her childhood now compliments her ability to be successful with the many people she now meets when they visit Green Valley.
Debra has served on the Continental School Board and is a Past-President of the Tucson Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She also Co-Chairs the "American Heartline" Project. This is a non-profit project dedicated to baking homemade cookies to our service men and women who have been deployed overseas since the September 11th attacks against the United States.
Debra founded Premier Properties, Inc. in 1996 and has developed it to the point of managing over 180 homes on a year round basis, several homeowner associations, plus a sales staff.. Premier Properties, Inc. is considered a full service management company. Premier has a staff of five, which include three assitants and one additonal leasing agent. Yolanda Mariscal, Leasing Agent ---
Yolanda Mariscal joined the Premier Properties team the summer of 2001 and left in 2006. Well, in 2007 she came back and we are excited! She is a licensed real estate agent with experience in sales and property management. Yolanda was born and raised in Pima County. She is our Native Arizonan and specializes in our furnished properties.
Karol Grabiel -
My husband, Dave and I moved to Arizona in 2007. We vacationed here for the last 10 years and knew after one visit this is where we'd retire. Our first year in Arizona was spent in Tucson. We moved to Green Valley area March 2008 and love it. In my free time I enjoy riding with my husband on our Harley,cooking and reading. My duties are varied with Premier Properties. The best way to sum up my duties is to help where ever I can!
Sharon Ring was born and raised in beautiful San Diego, California and graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in psychology and a minor in buisness. However, she worked for 30 + years foooor the senior partner of a very prestigious San Diego law firm. Retiring early in 2000 Sharon and her husband, Matt sold there home and took to the road in a RV. There travels brought them to Green Valley where they fell in love and purchased a home September 2001.
Dee Fink - Accounting
Dee hailed from the Bay area and moved to Green Valley with her husband Gil in 1999. Dee thought she was ready for retirement but decided to go back to work part-time in Green Valley,after a year of "de-stressing" from a demanding job in Quality Assurance for a multi-national biotech company in California. Since moving here she has camp hosted, sold residential furniture, sonsulted for Diet Center, worked for Green Valley Recreation in an adminstrative capacity and was most recently a teller for Commerce Bank of Arizona. Dee is excited about bringing her administrataive and customer service skills to Premier Properties. In her spare time, she enoys getting into a good book, taking long walks and hittingthe link.
