The uniqueness of the Villas is their Old World Charm. Villas are small condominiums grouped both four to a unit and two to a unit. They come in two distinctive architectural styles; white arched Spanish and southwestern adobe brick with red tile portal roofs. These uniquely southwestern and Spanish style villas are available with one or two bedrooms and include a walled in front patio and one assigned parking space. Some of the Villas also have an enclosed utility room on the back.

The Villas are located near the heart of Green Valley and were constructed around 1968. They are located on one of Green Valley’s main North-South thoroughfares, La Canada Boulevard. They are called Villas East & Villas West as they are situated on both sides of La Canada. The advantage of this location is that you are just moments away from shopping centers, banks and restaurants.

Rental rates range from $1,200.00 to $1,500.00 per month. Rates are reduced during off season and/or for long term. If you would like to book any property throughout the year, please contact us!

The Villas are very well maintained and it is normal to see patio walls lined with numerous beautiful flowering pots according to the season. Notice the adobe brick walled-in front patio and red tile portal roof of the spanish style villa displayed here. Desert vegetation such as this joshua tree, barrel cactus and mesquite tree can be found throughout the Villas. The Villas are also very well illuminated at night with old world style street lanterns.
There are large circular parks at the street intersections with tall shade trees and picnic tables. These beautifully maintained grassy lawns are the perfect setting for an afternoon picnic or simply enjoying a good book. Eucalyptus trees abound in the Villas. Their stately and majestic appearance lends an air of serene calmness as well as ample shade for those hot, sunny desert days. The extensive grounds, including the parks, are professionally maintained by the Villa’s management companies.

From many of the Villas, such as this spanish style white arched one, you have a splendid view of the Santa Rita Mountains. Morning and evening strolls throughout the Villas can be very pleasant experiences. Many visitors find this to be a refreshing way to get their exercise for the day. The entire complex is intertwined with landscaped, paved pathways. Be sure and bring your favorite bicycle or rent one from the local bike shop.
This beautiful floral display is typical in the Villas. Laundromats and swimming pools are located throughout the complex for your convenience and use. Most units are not equipped with a dishwaser, garbage disposal or washer and dryer but as always, there are exceptions to the rule. However, if having these conveniences is of importance to you, please inquire as to their availability.

The Villa complex is amply sprinkled with secure swimming pools. Your private key provides you with access to the swimming pool and also the laundry room. Visitors and guests gather at the pools even on New Years Day to enjoy the winter sun and warmth.
